2026 Industry Recognition Gala

About the Event

Since its inception, the New York Building Congress has been a forum for industry leaders to gather, share ideas, and create consensus to advance the building industry. Founded by 25 members in 1921, the organization has been an integral part of the development of New York’s urban fabric, from the Great Depression to building booms in the 1960s and 1990s, and from post-9/11 recovery through to economic rehabilitation in the wake of the COVID pandemic. Today, more than 500 member firms strong, comprising over 250,000 employees, the Building Congress is a leading voice addressing issues impacting New York City and beyond.
