Join us on November 18, 2026, at The Plaza Hotel for the 53rd Annual Breakthrough T1D Promise Gala, an inspiring evening dedicated to celebrating our community, sharing powerful stories of hope and progress, and raising critical funds to advance T1D research, prevention, and cures. We are also honored to welcome Este Haim as our emcee. A GRAMMY®-nominated musician, composer, actor, and writer, Este was diagnosed with T1D at age 14 and has used her voice and platform to support the T1D community through her work with Breakthrough T1D. Her story is a powerful reminder that T1D does not define what is possible. Together, we will celebrate the power of community, share impactful stories, and raise critical funds to accelerate research toward cures, prevention, and better treatments for T1D.
