About the Event

On Tuesday, December 8th, the Stephen & Christine Schwarzman Animal Medical Center will host its annual Top Dog Gala at Cipriani 42nd Street. We are proud to honor our Vice Chair, Elaine Langone, for her more than three decades of dedicated service as a Trustee, during which she has contributed visionary leadership, wise counsel, practical judgment, and exceptional generosity. Her steadfast commitment has helped shape AMC’s growth and advance its mission for years to come. Above all, Elaine’s deep compassion for animals and the people who love them has been a source of inspiration to our entire community. We are also proud to honor the dogs of the FDNY K-9 Unit, whose specialized training allows them to serve alongside NY’s Bravest in critical emergency response and rescue operations. These extraordinary dogs help protect New Yorkers and others when they need it most. This year’s Top Dog Gala also celebrates the longstanding partnership between the FDNY K-9 Unit and AMC, which is proud to provide their veterinary care. Contributions to Top Dog help support AMC’s vital work—providing world-class veterinary care, advancing the field of veterinary medicine, and serving the tens of thousands of pets and families who rely on us each year.
